Well, at least no one can say you aren't generous or optimistic
We will always be the redmen. We are currently the red storm. Sailing on the Titanic.

Let's give this young and talented team a break and support them. They can be very good. Maybe our assistant coaches will leave them to their own devices and the results will surprise us all.

I'm not worried about the assistant coaches I'm worried aboout the one who stands on the sidlelines like a deer in headlights

I will lump our coaches in with Norm as long as we dont run plays and continue to call timeouts moments right before media timeouts. it is uncanny. I like the collection of players and talent the staff and Norm are the issue.

and I see 14-15 wins from this team getting better as the big east season progresses.

this poll question is just stupid. . how can under .500 not be a choice...?

Maybe cause we play so many cup cakes alla NJIT that a mere 500 record is almost guaranteed?

For the first time in my life I'm in the majority on something!
We all know that they are probably going to be 9-1 or thereabouts before the going gets tough. If they go 5-11 in the league you are going to sniff the .500 level, which is of course their high water mark under present administration.
There is really virtually no chance of them winning fewer than 12 games, so while "sub-.500" might have been worth including, I think ".500-ish" covers the territory from 13 on up, and given the schedule 13 is about the worst they can do. At least, I hope it is.

Oh, there's a chance they'll win fewer than twelve games. After Bethune Cookman, no loss would shock or surprise me. A few are going to depress me, but nothing would shock me.

After bethune cookman, we could only win another 5 games. Luckily for Norm, that would be right around .500 because of the grueling non conf sked. Gone are the days of playing Ohio St at MSG or being involved in an elite early season tournament. Unbelievable
