If you could only have access to one SJU game, which game would you watch multiple times?

Probably the 1965 NIT Championship game against Villanova. It was my senior year in high school and I was there in person. The McIntyre brothers, along with Sonny Dove and others, defeated Nova who had Jim Washington, Wali Jones, and George Leftwich. Would love to relive that experience of seeing Coach Lapchick's final game.

2020 Big East Tournament, as we won four consecutive games in as many days to capture our first Big East Tournament Championship in two decades (and received an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament).

Absolutely the first game that came to mind -- not for the kiss! ;)

The 1986 Big East championship game when SJU came from 19 down in the second half to defeat Cuse with the Ron Rowan shot for the lead and The Truth stopping Pearl at the buzzer.

I was there also, watching my Violet team lose by one point to Army for the second year in a row in the third place game. Was Bill Melchionni the backup guard on that Nova team?

Panther, I always defer to your great memory on SJU hoops, but Wally Jones wasn't on that team; he had graduated in 1964. Bill Melchioni was their star guard in '64-'65, averaging 19.4 ppg. However -- and fortunately for us -- he saw limited PT in that title game due to an injury. That said, I would love to see either that game or beating No. 1 Michigan in the Holiday Festval earlier that sason. Bottom line: both great games featured Sonny and McIntyre brothers (and my all-time favorite team).
